Simon Wiesenthal TLS, Nazi hunter & Holocaust survivor


A three piece archive including two Published Bulletins of Information, one dated January 31, 1983, listed as Bulletin No 23, and the other listed as Bulletin No 24 with the salutation of "Dear friends of the Documentation Center" noting "below please find our annual report on activities in 1983". Accompanied by a signed typed letter cover sheet, dated "May 6th, 1983", and boldly signed by Simon Weisenthal as "Simon Wiesenthal". The set of 3 pieces are on letterhead of "Dokumentationszentrum / Des Bundes / Judischer Verfolgter Des Naziregimes / Vienna Austria …" (with full address). Cover sheet on tissue paper stock, light creasing along bottom corner and small tape ghosts to upper corners, 8" x 11.5". The Bulletins are each 12 typed pages, printed on paper stock, 8" x 11.5" . Both in near fine condition with a bit of corner rumpling and expected folds, and each with a facsimile signature of Wiesenthal on the verso.


An important archive immersed in the activities of this famed Nazi hunter with a boldly signed cover sheet from Simon Wiesenthal to Mr. Sivertsen, which notes that he is placing his name on his mailing list and enclosed a copy of his latest Bulletin.
