George W. Bush Signed "Decision Points" Promotional Sticker
A piece of promotional material signed by 43rd U.S. President George W. Bush (born 1946) as "George Bush" at center to advertise his forthcoming memoir, "Decision Points" (New York: Crown Publishing Group, 2010). The front of the unpeeled sticker is printed "Decision Points / George W. Bush" at top, and bordered in black. Pristine. The sticker measures 4.25" x 3.5."
This autograph almost certainly dates from one of Bush's television appearances or book tour stops in advance of the November 9, 2010 release date of his 512pp memoir. "Decision Points" topped the "New York Times" bestseller's list and outperformed sales from Bill Clinton's autobiography "My Life" (2004).
The book discusses major events of George W. Bush's presidency, 2001-2009, including the 2000 contested presidential election, the September 11th attacks, military campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Great Recession, international political instability, and natural disasters. Bush claimed to have begun writing the memoir the day after he left office.
