Description:

Bob Dylan & "The Band": Archive of 10 Photos by Rock 'n Roll Photographer Joe Sia

A collection of ten 8" x 10" glossy black and white photographs of folk singer Bob Dylan (born 1941) and members of the American/Canadian musical group "The Band," originally taken by prominent rock 'n roll photographer Joe Sia, inscribed with Sia's archival roll numbers verso, and directly purchased from him. The photographs are of unknown date, though multiples are inscribed "72" and "74." The photos are likely later reprints on Kodak photo paper from Sia's original negatives. Minor smearing and smudging to some inscriptions verso, else near fine. Ex-Joe Sia; Ex-Ira Gerstein, the well-known contemporary art collector.
