Mixed Bag Collection of 7 Astronaut Covers, Signed 

A superb set of First Day Covers, blank envelopes, and a small card, each signed or with a printed signature:

1. Mercury Seven Signed Cover, postmarked Port Washington, October 10, 1963. Signed "Wally Schirra", "JA Glenn, Jr", "Gordon Cooper", "Scott Carpenter", "DK Slayton"; an autopen signature "Alan Shepard". With a photograph of the Mercury Seven crew and of President Kennedy presenting the Robert J. Collier Trophy Award.

2. John Glenn Signed Cover for "State Flags of America", postmarked Washington, D.C., February 23, 1976. Signed "John Glenn" in black felt tip.

3. Shepard, Carpenter, Schirra, and Grissom Cover with Secretarial or Autopen Signatures. No date or place.

4. Gordon Cooper Cover with Secretarial or Autopen Signature. No date or place. With a 5 cent Eleanor Roosevelt stamp.

5. Alan B Shepard Jr. Cover with Secretarial or Autopen Signature, postmarked Houston, Texas, April 9, 1963. With a 4 cent Higher Education stamp.

6. Wally Schirra Jr. Cover with Secretarial or Autopen Signature. No date or place. With a 4 cent Communications for Peace stamp.

7. Small card, measuring 5" x 3", with an Autopen Signature.

A wonderful set of signed covers, highlighting the brave work of our country's first men in space. The signatures on the first two examples can be confirmed as legitimate. The other signatures cannot be confirmed. All covers have light wear and soiling. Minor bumping to the corners. From the collection of Ron Hoskins, assassinologist.

We do our own in-house worldwide shipping!

Applicable shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. We offer several shipping options, and remain one of the few auction houses who proudly provides professional in-house shipping as an option to our clients. All items will ship with signature required, and full insurance. Most items are sent via Federal Express, with P. O. Box addresses being sent through USPS. We insure through Berkley Asset Protection with rates of $.70 per $100 of value, among the lowest insurance rates in the industry. Our shipping department cameras document every package, both outgoing and incoming, for maximum security. In addition, we compare our shipping and handling rates against those of other auction houses, to ensure that our charges are among the lowest in the trade.

Upon winning your item(s), you will receive an invoice with our in-house shipping and handling fees included. ***We will ship to the address as it appears on your invoice, unless you inform us otherwise, immediately upon your receipt of invoice***

International shipments: In order to comply with our insurance provider, all international shipments will be sent via Fed Ex and customs paperwork will show a value of $1.00. International buyers should contact our office directly with any questions regarding this policy.
