Octavo, original quarter green cloth with brown paper, titles to spine in brown. BOLDLY SIGNED by Harper Lee on the title page. A very good book, internally clean and crisp, with boards with but one large corner bump and a small amount of corner tip wear. Very good dust jacket with nicking and small intact tears. Not price clipped, showing a stated price of $3.95, and the Tenth printing text to the front inner flap.
To Kill a Mockingbird became an immediate bestseller and won the 1961 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. The New Yorker declared it "skilled, unpretentious, and totally ingenious".
